Sarah Rafferty

Sarah discovered her love for acting as she was in pre-school. Her drama teacher spotted her cutting across his lawn to try not to be late for the field hockey game, he advised that she should not attend practice but be part of the cast in Richard III and thus began her adoration of acting. Sarah took the decision to follow her love for this craft and pursue her studies by majoring in English and theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre overseas in London as well as Oxford in her senior year. Following having graduated magna cum laude at Hamilton went on to study for a year at Yale Drama school. The passion she had for studying the arts was aided by her parents her mother who was the chairperson for the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart located in Greenwich CT and her father who was a master painter. Her success has been evident from her natural talent and the education she received. She has also appeared in a variety of TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A trace CSI Miami Bones and films with a feature like Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. The actress has also been seen in numerous stage productions, including Gemini and As You Like It. Sarah's acting on television is in addition to being an ambassador for and a speaker for The Alzheimer's Association. Sarah hosted the most recent Sardi event in the month of March, 2016, where she was the host for three of their annual Sardi celebrations. Sarah is a resident of both shores of the US together with her husband and two daughters, and works in Toronto.
